New Berwick Green Development
Berwick Green is a planned development of new homes in Patchway, South Gloucestershire. Set to be complete by the Spring of 2022, and built by award-winning housebuilders Bellway and Taylor Wimpey Homes.
Once completed the development will offer 2-bedroom apartments and 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes.
The developers secured approval in 2018 to build the 1,000-home estate on fields in Cribbs Causeway, despite existing residents raising concerns about increased traffic.
The joint housebuilders have now submitted a joint ‘design code’ to the authority, with more information and images of their vision.

As part of delivering the development, the developers said they would make contributions of more than £12.5m to services, highway works, and education in the Patchway community.

The developers said they would be submitting a detailed planning application for the first phases in the coming weeks. With construction works at Berwick Green likely to start later in the year.
