When do I need to book removal services?

Whilst we are able to accommodate house moves within a couple of weeks’ notice, it is always advisable to book as early as you can. If the house move is a sale and purchase you should keep us notified as soon as your solicitor has earmarked a move date.

What are your payment terms?

Full payment is required 14 days in advance of the move, this enables us to book in driver/porters and to ensure van(s) availability in good time for your house move.

Do you offer packing services?

Yes, we offer a full packaging service, we also provide boxes and packaging materials to ensure safe transportation of your items.

Will I have access to my belongings in storage?

Our storage facility enables you to access your items 24/7. You will be given a key and/or access code to your storage facility for ease of accessibility.

Is my house move fully insured?

All vehicles we use for house removals are fully insured. We also have goods in transit and public liability insurance, for complete peace of mind. Insurance is included in your quote.

How do I pack my boxes?

To ensure your belongings are kept safe during the move we have provided several blogs on how to pack correctly, feel free to view our useful information on our packing tips page.

Can you help me with furniture dismantling and assembly?

Yes, we do offer a dismantling and reassembling service, this must be requested during the survey. We are unable to provide this service if requested on the day of the move.
